Using SquadFame
SquadFame provides tools for college spirit athletes to create media kits and discover brand-partnership opportunities. You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SquadFame permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service and, when you publish a profile, to make the published content available to visitors. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
NIL compliance
You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to you, including those of your school, conference, state, team, and any athletic governing body. SquadFame does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any opportunity or agreement is compliant.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
